You can access your Samsung Money by SoFi account through both the SoFi app and the SoFi website. Follow the steps below for each option.
Logging In to the SoFi App
- If this is your first time logging in to the SoFi app, you'll need to create a password before proceeding.
- Download the SoFi app, open it, and select Log in with email.
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Samsung Money by SoFi account and click Continue.
- You'll receive a link to reset your password — this will also allow you to create a new password for the SoFi app.
- Follow the instructions in the email, then return to the SoFi app and select Log in with email.
- Enter the email address associated with your Samsung Money by SoFi account along with the password you just created to log in.
Logging In to the SoFi Website
- Visit https://www.samsung.com/us/samsung-pay/samsung-money-by-sofi/ and look for the words Already a Samsung Money by SoFi user? Sign in here near the top of the page.
- Click Sign In on the right side of the page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Samsung Money by SoFi account and select Next.
- Enter your password and click Sign In.
- You'll be brought to your Samsung Money by SoFi homepage on sofi.com.
