Log in to your Samsung Money by SoFi account through sofi.com or your SoFi Mobile App.

Select the More icon.

Select Close Account.

The system will review your Samsung Money by SoFi account for the following factors. NOTE: If any of the following factors are present, you will not be able to close your Samsung Money by SoFi account online.

There are pending transactions

There is no connected bank account

There are one or more active debit card disputes

If you are eligible to close your account online, review the information regarding account closure, click the disclaimer box, then click Close Account.
- If there are funds remaining on your Samsung Money by SoFi account, you will be prompted to select an external bank account where the funds should be sent.
- Complete a short, 3-question survey to provide some context regarding your departure, then click Submit.
- The summary screen will display an overview of your Samsung Money by SoFi account closure and how any remaining funds are being processed.
- If the account closure is successful, a confirmation screen will be presented. Click Continue to return to the homepage, where the Samsung Money by SoFi account will no longer be visible.
