Cash deposits into your Samsung Money by SoFi account are normally available within 5 minutes of the transaction, but it can take up to 2 hours.
If Your Deposit Hasn't Appeared
If it has been at least 2 hours since your transaction and you still don't see the deposit in your account, here's what to do:
- First, review our Cash Deposit Limits to confirm your transaction falls within the allowed limits.
- If your transaction complies with our Cash Deposit Limits and the deposit is still missing, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
